You may submit only public websites you own, manage or have clear permission to monitor. Scheduled monitoring may require verification by DNS record, HTML file, meta tag or another approved method.
Prohibited activity
You must not use the service to:
- Access localhost, private networks, cloud metadata services or non-public systems.
- Act as a proxy, vulnerability scanner, denial-of-service tool or load-testing service.
- Evade rate limits, domain verification, plan limits or technical safeguards.
- Submit credential-bearing URLs, malicious payloads or content that violates law or third-party rights.
- Disrupt the service, reverse engineer security controls or test them without written permission.
- Resell access or share accounts to bypass applicable limits.
Responsible crawling
Use a small, relevant set of important URLs. Do not use the service to scrape content or repeatedly request large websites. We may slow, block or stop scans that create risk or excessive load.
Enforcement
We may investigate suspected misuse and restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary. Serious or repeated violations may result in account termination and preservation or disclosure of relevant records when legally required.
