1. Information we collect
We collect the email address and account identifier needed to provide your account. When you use monitoring, we store project names, public website URLs, normalized technical SEO observations, scan times, regression records, acknowledgement decisions and service delivery records.
We may also process limited operational information such as request timestamps, error details, IP-derived security signals and browser information to protect and operate the service. We do not ask you to submit passwords to us directly; Supabase Auth processes authentication credentials.
2. Information collected by the crawler
The crawler requests public HTTP or HTTPS URLs you choose to monitor. It records selected technical signals such as status codes, redirect destinations, canonical URLs, robots directives, page titles, H1 text and structured-data summaries. The service is designed not to retain full page HTML, page cookies or arbitrary response headers.
Do not submit private URLs, credentials in URLs or URLs containing sensitive personal data.
3. How we use information
- Provide authentication, projects, scans, comparisons and change history.
- Secure the service, prevent abuse and troubleshoot failures.
- Send transactional account or monitoring messages when email delivery is enabled.
- Understand aggregate product reliability and improve regression detection.
- Meet legal obligations and enforce our Terms and Acceptable Use Policy.
4. Service providers
We use Supabase for authentication and PostgreSQL data storage, Netlify for application hosting and delivery, and may use Resend for transactional email. These providers process data on our behalf under their own security and privacy terms. Data may be processed in countries other than your own.
5. Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We disclose information to service providers only as needed to operate the service, when you direct us to do so, to complete a business reorganization with appropriate safeguards, or when required to comply with law and protect rights or safety.
6. Retention
Account and monitoring data is retained while your account or project remains active and for a reasonable period needed for security, backup, dispute resolution and legal compliance. You can remove projects and monitored URLs in the application where available. You may request account deletion using the contact address below.
7. Security
We use access controls, encrypted transport, Supabase Row Level Security and server-side protections for crawler requests. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. Please use a unique password and promptly report suspected unauthorized access.
8. Your choices and rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, export, restrict or delete personal information, and to object to certain processing. Contact us to make a request. We may need to verify your identity before completing it.
9. Children
The service is intended for business users and is not directed to children under 16. Do not create an account if you are below the minimum age required to consent to online services in your country.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the service changes. We will update the effective date and provide additional notice when a material change requires it.
